Please review and accept the software license agreement to download the OpenGTS web service package.

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a legal agreement ("this Agreement") between Start Fluttering ("TheDev") and the licensee ("the Licensee"). This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America.

TheDev licenses the WebS software ("the Software") only if all the following terms are accepted by the Licensee. The Software includes the Web Service WAR package and any files and documents associated with it.

By installing or deploying the Software, the Licensee indicates that the Licensee has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions. If this Agreement is unacceptable, the Licensee must immediately destroy any copies in their possession.

1. LICENSE CONDITIONS

The Licensee is granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and operate the Software. Any copies of the Software should be complete copies including any copyright notices. The Licensee may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, alter, or translate the Software, or otherwise attempt to derive source code. The Licensee acknowledges that the Software is provided for use under test and no claims whatsoever can be made on TheDev based on performance expectations.

2. TERM, TERMINATION AND SURVIVAL

(A) This Agreement is effective until terminated.
(B) The Licensee may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies in possession.
(C) If the Licensee fails to comply with any term, this Agreement is terminated immediately without notice.
(D) On termination, the Licensee shall have no claim on or arising from the Software.

3. NO WARRANTY

The Software is licensed on an "AS IS" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The Licensee is solely responsible for determining suitability and assumes all operational risks.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will TheDev be liable for any damages, including loss of revenue, profits, vehicle tracking downtime, or data loss arising from the use of the Software.

5. DISTRIBUTION

No unauthorized redistribution is permitted without written consent. The Licensee may retain one copy strictly for backup purposes.
